Kicking off the first of three, multi-media programmes for 2009 & early 2010 at tactileBOSCH Gallery & Studios. Auxesis is a large group showcase of national and international artists from the realms of sculpture, installation and process based performance art, selected over a nine month period from October 2008 to August 2009. Each artist will exploit the unique environment of tB’s exhibition space to create new and exciting site specific work.

Auxesis, in linguistics means a form of hyperbole in which the meaning of something is amplified while in Biology, it describes the growth of an organism without cell division.
